If it's rainy season, I love to eat dried fish or the one we called "daing" in the Philippines. I like dipping my fried dried fish in "sukang Iloko", a vinegar made in Northern Luzon. Fried dried fish is best serve for breakfast with rice. It's so easy and simple to make.
Menu: Fried Dried Fish (Daing na Espada)
What you need: oil for frying
daing na espada
How to cook:
1. Heat oil in frying pan over a medium heat.
2. When the oil is hot, fry the fish over a low heat.
3. Remove cooked fish from the pan and strain the oil.
Tip: Serve while it's crispy.
