You don't have to travel Bacolod, because "Bacolod Chicken Inasal" Restaurants are also in Luzon to cater your food trip, one of their many branches is located at SM Tarlac, my husband treats me here for lunch. I must say that I am fond of Ilonggos dishes too. I like their bagoong salad as it blends to the grilled Pusit. Hmmm...,my husband saw me enjoying every spoonful of those foods that we order.Yummy hah? Bacolod City is also known for their sugarcane industry, no wonder, their Sago't Gulaman taste so good and most of their desserts are made with Muscovado sugar commonly used as their sweetener. I bought their famous "Pinasugbo" and Tsokalate too. By the way, their banner says;"Salamat Gid! Balik Kamo Liwat! which means Thank you, come back again!..not even a second thought..Why not!
