As we know, they said having a "pansit" on your birthday will pro long you life. No wonder, one of my family member, gifted me, "pansit sa bilao". I'm very thankful because she is concern about my life. The pansit was ordered in Hen Haw Restaurant, a small restaurant here in my place. As you can see in the picture, it is bijon with sea foods. The sea foods ingredients made it more special and I like squeezing kalamansi in my pansit because it gives more flavor on it. Cheers to long life!
