One of my neighbor just delivered me a snack and it's called "Tambo-Tambong" in Ilokano or known as "Ginataang Bilo-Bilo in Tagalog" and in English they call it, Rice Balls with Coconut Milk. Just in time for my 10:00 snack time! Isn't that so cool? A free healthy snack for me.
My grandmother used to cook this when she is still alive, that's why, at early age, I already know how to make this one too.
