| Chocolate Graham Barquillos |
Ingredients:
1 cup chocolate sprinkles
48 small size of Barquillos
For filling:
200 g M.Y. San Crushed Grahams
1/4 cup granulated sugar
8 oz. butter , melted
1/2 cup grated chocolate
For Coating:
1/2 pound of chocolate
1 0z. butter
8 oz. Heavy Cream
Procedures:
1. Combine all the ingredients for filling in a bowl. Mix well.
2. Put the Chocolate Graham mixture in a piping bag. Set aside.
3. Meanwhile, make the chocolate coating. Bring butter and heavy cream to boil. Pour butter and cream over chocolate. Lightly stir until thick. Let it cool.
4. Coat each Barquillo and roll it on the chocolate sprinkles.
Just wrap each Chocolate Graham Barquillo with clear cellophane wrapper.
